| Phoenix Seeds is a young company which was founded in 2012 spring. However, the founders and their team have been working in seed production with great enthusiasm and profession for over a decade. The head-office is situated in Jiuquan City of Gansu Province which is the most important and well-known seed production region not only in China but also in the world. We have a lot of experience at producing a wide range of quality vegetable and flowers seeds. |

| As our major customers are from overseas, we perfectly know how to produce top-quality seeds which meet an international standard. We care about the communication with our customers. We listen to their needs, and we response to by quick actions. Our business principle is that we are not only delivering tangible products to our customers but also all possible intangible value-added services. |
| We regard our growers as long-term and irreplaceable business partners. As a matter of fact, most of our field staff originates from farmers who used to work diligently on the farmland. We fully respect and recognize farmers’ contribution to our society and thus we feel obliged to improve their livelihood. Putting farmers’ benefit ahead of ours’ will enhance our solid and long-term relationship with thousands of top growers along the Hexi Corridor in Gansu. |

The transfer of customers’ message to the grower level will not happen without a good intermediate. Our staffs come into play. Therefore we value our staff as important as our customers and growers. We have currently 20 permanent staff of which most of them are field supervisors, while the remaining is supporting staffs who handle equally-important tasks such as import & export, quality control and warehouse management. The company cares about the training and qualification of staff so that they can carry out their duties in an efficient and effective way. |
